Solar Rooftop Solutions

Solar Rooftop Solutions have become a necessity for all whether it’s out of one’s requirement or self-felt responsibility.

In an energy starved nation like India with more than 300 sunny days per year and with dwindling conventional resources day by day, there’s nothing better than going solar and becoming individually independent for our energy needs while also contributing a lot to save the planet and at at the same time helping the nation to reduce its carbon footprints.

We design Solar Power Solutions for all roofs, no matter how small is your requirement or how large set up you are planning for, whether you are a residential consumer looking for your 1 BHK or an industrialist looking for your vast factory or warehouse, whether you are looking for some of your commercial mall or you are worried about some of your remotely situated lavish farm house. We cater to all needs and budgets.

Our Solutions are comprehensive, customized to individual needs and come with several options to meet all budgets without cutting corners or closing eyes on quality. Our Solar solutions are working successfully from years in mountain areas like Ladakh to coastal areas like Kanyakumari.

On-Grid Rooftop Solar System

On-Grid Solar systems are also known as Grid connected systems. When the solar system is directly connected to the grid it is called an On-Grid Solar System. Here the electricity generated is utilized by the consumer as long as it is required. In case the generated electricity is not consumed by the consumer, the electricity is fed to the grid via a net-work electrical meter to record the number of units transferred to the grid. This net-work electrical meter is different from the utility meter via which the consumer is receiving utility power. The consumer receives credit for the power fed to the grid.

The consumer receives a power consumption bill from the utility after deducting the number of units transferred to the grid. In case the numbers of units transferred are more than the number of units consumed by the consumer in a year, then the utility pays the consumer for the extra units fed to the grid.

Off-Grid Rooftop Solar System

Off-Grid Solar Systems are independent systems and have nothing to do with the grid or utility. They use batteries to store electrical energy generated by the system in case they are not consuming energy at the time of its generation. This allows users to consume electricity as and when required irrespective of whether the Sun is shining or not at that point of time.

The Capital cost of these systems is higher than the On-Grid Solar System because of the additional battery incorporated in the system. Their operating cost is also higher than the On-Grid system as there is a regular requirement of replacing these batteries at the end of each fifth year.

These Off-Grid Rooftop Solar systems are a preferred choice in areas either with erratic power supply or areas which don’t get any power at all.

Grid-Tied with Battery – Hybrid System

The Hybrid System is connected to the Grid along with having a battery in the system to store electrical energy while it is not being consumed by the consumer. However, when the battery is completely charged the generated power is fed to the grid and the consumer is paid for the number of units fed to the system.
